Remembering Oscar de la Renta

Today, the fashion world mourns the loss of a great designer: Oscar de la Renta. The Dominican designer, who has dressed everyone’s who’s anyone, from Jackie O. to George Clooney’s Amal Alamuddin, passed away yesterday after battling cancer, on and off, since 2006. He was 82.

Oscar de la Renta, often known as “the Sultan of Suave” left a legacy of beautiful gowns, happy brides, and cheeky quotes. Below is my little tribute to this big designer. R.I.P. Oscar de la Renta.
