Fuchsia in the snow

For as long as I can remember, I’ve loved pink. Everything I could own in pink, I’d get in pink. Some examples: pink point-and-shoot camera, pink cell phone case, pink kitchen gadgets, the blog, you get my drift. I never actually wore lots of pink, though. Is such a sweet, girly color, I was afraid to come off as childish. I did some research into color psychology (you can find out more in this post) and discovered that while some shades of pink are a little too young for me, wearing fuchsia will show your more fun and playful side. So little by little, I’ve started wearing more and more fuchsia. I recently wore a gorgeous fuchsia gown by Badgley Mischka to a wedding- and got tons of compliments! I don’t have any proper photos, but you can see one here, on Instagram (are you following me? @amintair).
I had a really fun time shooting these photos with my fave video blogger, Roxy Limon! We also shot a fun video that day at my place on getting into Fashion Week. Be sure to check out our video at the end of the post!
