Because I took a week off from blogging while I was spending time with my family and friends in Venezuela, January seemed like a very short month. After December, February is my favorite month of the year- because it’s my birthday! Whooop whooop! One week from today, on February 7th, I will be xx years old. Yes, I’ve gotten to an age when I think I need to start hiding my age; even though I’m still in my 20s and got a way to go before I turn, gulp, 30.
Funny, when I was younger I used to think by now I’d already have a kid. Now at 2x years old I think I’m a kid myself. Sometimes I have a hard time taking care of myself (I’m looking at you, big pile of laundry in the corner), how can I take care of someone else? Well, that’s neither here nor there; is just that I always get nostalgic around my birthday. I hate getting older, but that’s a privilege that is denied to many, so while I’m still breathing I’m going to be fabulous. Without further ado, check out what went down this past month! Thanks so much for visiting my blog! To answer your question: I use a Nikon D3000 with the lens that come in the bundle kit at Best Buy. Lol. I got it on Black Friday and don’t shoot too often so I haven’t been able to get used to it yet. Even though my boyfriend used to have the same camera. His had a slightly better lens and a UV filter on it (I definitely have to get the filter), and the pictures were so much better. The colors were so alive! You can see samples of that here,
