Snapshots from Venezuela

Sorry I was MIA yesterday. I needed a vacation from my vacation. Is great to be back! The weather over there was so fabulous I was dreading encountering the cold once again; however, I found the cold actually felt very nice. I took a long walk today after having lunch with a friend and drinking hot chocolate. You can’t do stuff like that in a warm country. There is just something about winter activities that make bearing the stupid cold worth it. However, looking at these pictures is making me want to throw the stupid hot chocolate away and just move to the beach.

Here are some photos my awesome sister in law, Vanessa, took of me during our little trip to the beach for New Year’s. It was nice to spend some time in the sun and to be able to share this time of year with all my family. I miss them all a lot, however, now it’s back to business as usual. Stay tuned to see what 2013 has in store for us!

Aminta Beach11I absolutely love these sandals, courtesy of Fibi & Clo. I got them last October and  it was too cold to wear them. It was torture waiting all this time to get them out of my closet. I wore them to death and everybody loved them!
