The Lady in Red

A fail-proof way to catch someone’s eye is wearing red. It’s been proven that red accelerates the heart beat. It’s also associated with energy, love and of course, sex. I don’t own a lot of red garments but I’ve started collecting a few pieces here and there. I have a fab peplum shirt I can’t wait to show you.

I wore this dress to meet a friend at a very posh rooftop bar. She was just getting out of a meeting and told me she’d be in business attire. Alas, since I don’t work in a business setting I don’t own any business-like clothing, but this was the closest I had. I could have worn something else, but I love playing dress up. Since this is supposed to be my interpretation of business attire I kept the accessories to a minimum; you know sometimes I can get a little carried away.
